Responsibilities of the Cable Assemblers
Assemble and inspect cable components with precision and accuracy.
Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality assembly.
Utilize hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements of the Cable Assemblers
Good eyesight and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques and processes.
J-STD-001 certification is highly desirable, especially for roles in high-reliability industries.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information.
Compensation/Benefits for the Cable Assemblers
Base pay rate starts at $20 per hour.
Potential increase up to $28 per hour with J-STD-001 certification.
