Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Operator Filler for the 2nd shift to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient packaging of products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall production process.
Responsibilities of the Operator Filler
Handle the packaging of products at our client's manufacturing plant.
Fill boxes with the appropriate packing material to ensure product safety.
Check that packages are securely fashioned and meet quality standards.
Adjust machines to maintain efficient product flow and minimize downtime.
Report any operational issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with our client's team to meet production goals.
Requirements of the Operator Filler
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred.
Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to operate and adjust machinery safely and efficiently.
Must be able to lift and move packages as required.
Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule and overtime as needed.
