Machine Operator
Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Perform finishing production work on components.
Monitor workflow through heat treatment, coating, and cooling processes.
Measure wire size, length, and inside diameter, and inspect for quality.
Organize, band, and tag products on pallets for shipping.
Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
Adhere to established systems, policies, and safety standards.
Keep supervisors informed of progress and any issues.
Contribute to teamwork within and between departments.
High school diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to anticipate production needs in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and carry out instructions in written, oral, and diagram form.
Must be able to complete and pass screening requirements.
