Job Title: Tier 1 Service/Selling Technician
Pay: $25/hr + 20% commission on repairs + 4% commission on equipment flips
Estimated Annual Earnings: $125,000 – $175,000

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Residential Service/Selling Technician to service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems while providing comfort solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and capable of consistently achieving $2M+ in annual sales across Tempe and the greater Phoenix Valley area.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Educate customers on repair and replacement options, focusing on comfort and efficiency.
Generate and close sales opportunities during service visits.
Meet or exceed established annual sales goals.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and HVAC best practices.
Requirements:
Proven record of generating $2M+ in annual HVAC sales (or similar industry experience).
Current HVAC certifications and EPA license.
Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills with residential systems.
Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
