Job Title: Tier 1 Service/Selling Technician

Pay: $25/hr + 20% commission on repairs + 4% commission on equipment flips

Estimated Annual Earnings: $125,000 – $175,000

Location: Tempe, AZ / Valley Wide

Position Type: Direct Hire Full-Time


About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Residential Service/Selling Technician to service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems while providing comfort solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and capable of consistently achieving $2M+ in annual sales across Tempe and the greater Phoenix Valley area.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform residential HVAC service, maintenance, and diagnostics.

  • Educate customers on repair and replacement options, focusing on comfort and efficiency.

  • Generate and close sales opportunities during service visits.

  • Meet or exceed established annual sales goals.

  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and HVAC best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of generating $2M+ in annual HVAC sales (or similar industry experience).

  • Current HVAC certifications and EPA license.

  • Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills with residential systems.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.

  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
