About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Comfort Advisor to provide exceptional customer service while promoting HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, proven success in lead generation, and a high closing rate. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance comfort and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management.
Identify and generate new leads via networking, direct sales efforts, and other channels.
Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess needs and recommend solutions.
Utilize technical sales skills to explain product features and benefits clearly.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage assigned territory efficiently, covering all potential clients.
Provide ongoing post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in lead generation and territory management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills with strong organization and time management.
Familiarity with technical sales concepts.
