Soldering Assembler
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85021
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour DOE
Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Soldering Assembler for an electronics manufacturing company in Phoenix. We are seeking candidates with strong attention to detail, steady hand coordination, and experience working with small electronic components and soldering equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform precision small-scale soldering
Assemble electronic components using schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Use tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, fine screwdrivers, and other hand tools
Inspect components using magnifying tools and scopes
Wind magnet wire onto plastic bobbins
Repair or replace defective components
Apply insulation and connect wiring
Verify materials and specifications before assembly
Test electrical components for functionality
Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of soldering or electronic assembly experience
IPC soldering experience or certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings/schematics
Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Ability to distinguish colors and work with very small components
Comfortable using hand tools and electronic assembly equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:
Clean manufacturing environment
Hands-on assembly work requiring close visual attention
Seated production work for extended periods
