Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr while working through Masis Staffing
Increases to $23.85/hr upon permanent hire
Pay increases again to $24.35/hr after 30 working days as a full-time employee

Job Responsibilities:

Operate a stand-up counterbalance forklift (
Handle incoming and outgoing materials
Palletize products and prepare shipments
Support inventory control and warehouse organization
Assist in loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (must be provided prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience on stand-up counterbalance equipment
Experience with Crown forklifts highly preferred
Good overall job stability and history of safe operating
Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a warehouse setting
Must pass a drug screen and background check

Shift:
1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Overtime may be required
