Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring for Wood Cut positions in Worcester, MA. If you’re detail-oriented and enjoy working with your hands in a production environment, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team with steady hours and weekly pay.
Responsibilities of the Wood Cut:
Operate machinery and tools to cut wood products to specified dimensions.
Follow work orders and cutting instructions accurately.
Inspect materials for quality and ensure finished cuts meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assist team members as needed to meet production goals.
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements of the Wood Cut:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Previous experience with cutting equipment or in a production environment is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Compensation/Benefits for the Wood Cut:
$16.50 hourly
Monday to Friday from 10pm to 6:00am (with mandatory OT on occasional Saturdays)
