5DX Machine Operator I
Westborough, MA
Are you ready to be part of a team that makes amazing things happen? Our client is seeking a dedicated 5DX Machine Operator I to join their innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform critical inspections using advanced x-ray equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards for our client's technical products.
Responsibilities of the 5DX Machine Operator I
Verify process compliance with established 5DX programs, including selecting programs and identifying failures.
Enter defect data into OCuity and manage data transfer between 5DX and PLR.
Adhere to ESD requirements and handle Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSD) according to moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Ensure product compliance with workmanship standards as documented in work instructions.
Communicate defects not captured by equipment to enhance program integrity.
Support and follow all ISO standards related to quality, environment, health, safety, and security.
Contribute to corporate and site 5S objectives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the 5DX Machine Operator I
High School Diploma or GED.
0-6 months of related experience.
Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems like OCuity.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection equipment and procedures.
Ability to work on single tasks or procedures with highly repetitive or routine duties.
Must pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 and 2.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
