5DX Machine Operator II

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated 5DX Machine Operator II to join their team in Westborough, MA. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and compliance of products through advanced x-ray inspection technology.
Responsibilities of the 5DX Machine Operator II
Perform inspection of products using Automated 5DX x-ray inspection equipment on the SMT line.
Verify process compliance with established 5DX programs, including selecting programs and identifying failures.
Enter defect data into OCuity and manage data transfer between 5DX and PLR.
Adhere to ESD requirements and handle Moisture Sensitive Devices (MSD) according to moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Ensure product compliance with workmanship standards as per work instructions.
Communicate defects not captured by equipment to enhance program integrity.
Support ISO standards related to quality, environment, health, safety, and security.
Contribute to corporate and site 5S objectives.
Requirements of the 5DX Machine Operator II
Proficiency in using electronic manufacturing systems like OCuity.
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection equipment and procedures.
Ability to pass IPC-A-610 Modules 1 and 2.
Experience working on multiple procedures/products and supporting multiple product lines/customers.
High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years of related experience or a vocational/technical certificate without related experience.
Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow established procedures.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
