Adhesive Operator

This role involves filling syringes and refill bags with adhesive products, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Responsibilities of the Adhesive Operator
Fill syringes, cartridges, and bags with adhesive products following company procedures.
Ensure accurate weight and volume during filling to meet production and quality standards.
Label and package filled items according to specifications.
Monitor inventory of adhesive materials and notify the supervisor when refills are needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment.
Inspect filled products for leaks, contamination, or other defects.
Assist with equipment setup, basic maintenance, and changeovers.
Record production data and batch information as required.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements of the Adhesive Operator
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation/Benefits for the Adhesive Operator
$18 per hour
