AOI Operator I

Responsibilities of the AOI Operator I
Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling protocols.
Utilize Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on components' moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Verify product compliance with workmanship standards as documented in work instructions.
Ensure process compliance with established AOI programs.
Verify the integrity of data collected by machinery.
Communicate defects not captured by equipment to responsible personnel for program enhancement.
Support and follow all ISO standards related to our client's Quality Management Systems.
Requirements of the AOI Operator I
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems (Epicor).
Computer proficiency.
Knowledge of Automated Optical Inspection equipment and procedures.
Ability to pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification and IPC-A-610 Modules 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 & 8 workmanship standards.
Ability to work on single tasks/procedures/products with highly repetitive or routine duties.
No prior work experience required; works under close supervision.
