We are currently looking for assemblers to fill full time positions for 1st or 2nd shift with a company in Ladson, SC. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of assembler experience and previous experience working with tools. Join our team and continue your assembler career!

Responsibilities:

Build composite parts using appropriate hand layup techniques
Utilize the laser system for accurate lay up of plies on tools during the layup process
Fit and smooth successive layers of materials as necessary to secure a build-up free from wrinkles, air pockets and voids, following directions and instructions
Vacuum bag parts for room temperature, oven, and autoclave
Perform in-process inspections as instructed on travelers and as delegated by quality
Read precision measuring tools and instruments
Accurately record time worked on operations through Epicor

Requirements:

Must have 6 months of experience in mechanical assembly
Knowledge and experience using hand or power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be adaptable and flexible
Must display a positive attitude while working well as a team

Compensation/Benefits for the Assembler:

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00/ hour

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7am – 4:30pm; Saturdays as needed (1st shift)
Monday – Friday: 3pm – 11:30pm; Saturdays as needed (2nd shift)
