Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team in Peterborough, NH. This is a flexible 1st shift opportunity where you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality products.
Responsibilities of the Assembler
Assemble and test hoses in accordance with NFPA requirements.
Read and comprehend instructions, following established procedures meticulously.
Gather all necessary materials and equipment to initiate the assembly process.
Take precise measurements to ensure components fit perfectly.
Select or modify components based on measurements and specifications.
Align materials and assemble parts to construct more complex units.
Inspect output to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Maintain detailed and accurate production records.
Meet daily production goals consistently.
Keep equipment in optimal condition and maintain a clean working area.
Report any issues, malfunctions, or defective parts promptly.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Adhere to all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Requirements of the Assembler
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and interpret manuals, drawings, and schematics accurately.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to report issues effectively.
Familiarity with operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits for the Assembler
Pay Rate: $20.00
