Masis Staffing is hiring experienced warehouse equipment operators to join a fast-paced distribution center in Lakeland, FL. This opportunity is ideal for operators with strong experience using Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Clamp forklifts.

Safely and efficiently operate at least four Raymond-brand machines, with a strong focus on Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Clamp
Accurately pick, transport, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with manual loading and unloading as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-driven work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work independently while contributing to a high-volume, team-oriented operation
Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond stand-up forklifts (required)
Must be able to operate at least four Raymond equipment types, including Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Electric Pallet Jack, and Clamp
Previous warehouse experience required; hot-environment experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety
Flexibility to work 8–10 hour shifts, including weekends as needed
Must pass a background check and drug screening
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
$17.00 per hour
Weekly Pay
