Customer Service – 1st Shift

Responsibilities of the Customer Service – 1st Shift

  • Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels.

  • Accurately take and process verbal and written instructions from customers and team members.

  • Perform clerical duties to support the team, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Utilize computer skills to manage customer information and resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Collaborate with our client's team to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements of the Customer Service – 1st Shift

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and basic software applications.

  • Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or clerical role is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Compensation/Benefits for the Customer Service – 1st Shift

  • $19.50/HR
