Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for Customer Service Representative to fill full-time positions for all shifts with a company in Gouldsboro, PA.

Responsibilities

Process orders/receipts: Locate, create, import, and adjust charges appropriately
Process cycle counts: Track, adjust, cancel, and/or relocate inventory
Distribute orders and assign inventory locations
Import items and batch item update
Report analysis
Contact Carriers and Customers daily
Communicate and coordinate with co-workers

Requirements

Proficient computer skills required

Proficient in Excel/Word

Detail-oriented

Ability to multi-task

Customer service oriented

Logistics background preferred

Knowledge of 3PL a plus

Work well in a team setting

Compensation

$20 per hour depending on experience.
