Electromechanical Assembler
Worcester, MA
Are you passionate about precision and quality in electromechanical assembly? Our client is seeking a dedicated Electromechanical Assembler to join their team in the Worcester area. As a key player on the production line, you will utilize your skills in soldering and assembly to contribute to the creation of high-quality electromechanical parts.
Responsibilities of the Electromechanical Assembler
Mount, connect, assemble, and secure parts and components of electronic equipment using hand-soldering techniques.
Assemble and test electromechanical components with various tools and equipment according to specifications, processes, and procedures.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
Escalate assembling issues to the production supervisor as needed.
Perform repair work or rework as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools.
Perform other duties as required to support the production team.
Requirements of the Electromechanical Assembler
Ability to perform a soldering assessment during the interview to demonstrate experience level.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Experience with hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving production needs.
Compensation/Benefits for the Electromechanical Assembler
$18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on experience (Temp to Perm)
Monday to Friday / 7am to 3:30pm
