Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20.00/hr/ DOE
12PM-9PM 
Thursday – Sunday 

Position Summary
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems, warehouse equipment, and facility infrastructure. This role helps ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and fully operational to support daily warehouse and production activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of warehouse infrastructure,
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, machinery, and safety systems to ensure compliance with internal standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, documenting all work performed.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Assist with upkeep of exterior grounds, including parking lots, loading docks, and waste disposal areas.
  • Safely operate tools, and maintenance equipment in accordance with safety policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and safety teams to support continuous improvement of facility performance and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in the maintenance management system.
  • Support installation and setup of new equipment or facility systems as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of facility or equipment maintenance experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of basic building systems (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for completing work orders and maintenance logs.
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
