Our client is seeking a meticulous Final Quality Inspector I to join their team and uphold the highest standards in product assembly and inspection. Responsibilities of the Final Quality Inspector I
Adhere to all ESD requirements and Board Handling protocols.
Utilize Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Verify product compliance with workmanship standards and customer requirements.
Conduct 1st piece inspections and in-process inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Disposition assemblies for rework and repair, and authorize shipment of compliant products.
Support and follow all ISO standards related to various Quality Management Systems.
Contribute to corporate and site 6S objectives and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Final Quality Inspector I
High School Diploma or GED required.
0-6 months of previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems and pass IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, assembly drawings, and customer Bills of Materials.
Familiarity with First Piece, In Process, Audit, and Final Quality Control Inspection Procedures.
Ability to use inspection gauges such as calipers, rulers, and microscopes.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3).
