Responsibilities of the Final Quality Inspector II (23622)
Adhere to all ESD requirements and board handling protocols.
Utilize Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Verify product compliance with workmanship standards and customer requirements.
Conduct 1st piece inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Disposition assemblies for rework and repair, and authorize shipment of compliant products.
Support and follow all ISO standards related to various Quality Management Systems.
Perform all other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our client's team.
Requirements of the Final Quality Inspector II (23622)
Proficiency in utilizing electronic manufacturing systems (OCuity).
Successful completion of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification and IPC-A-610 Modules 1-8.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and customer Bills of Materials.
Familiarity with First Piece, In Process, Audit, and Final Quality Control Inspection Procedures.
Experience with inspection gauges such as calipers, rulers, and microscopes.
High School Diploma or GED, with 2+ years of related experience or a vocational/technical certificate.
U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance.
