Financial Advisor
Worcester, MA
The Financial Advisor provides personalized financial planning and investment guidance to clients, with a focus on long-term relationships and goal-based advice. This role supports clients in making informed financial decisions while working within a collaborative professional services environment.
Financial Advisor Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a client-focused approach
Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals
Provide ongoing investment guidance and portfolio monitoring
Conduct client meetings (in person and virtual) and clearly explain financial concepts
Adhere to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards
Financial Advisor Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Series 65 (or Series 7 & 66) required or ability to obtain
CFP® designation or progress toward CFP® preferred
2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Financial Advisors Compensation:
Base salary range: $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Variable compensation through performance-based bonuses and/or incentive programs
