Financial Analyst
Location: Hadley, MA

The Financial Data Associate supports a 3,000+ customer base by analyzing public procurement spend and identifying opportunities to leverage collective buying power across products and services contracts. Role Overview

In this role, you will serve as the data collector behind the strategic plan for increasing market share. Key responsibilities include:

Quantitative Financial Data Analysis, Benchmarking & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze large sets of internal and external data related to goods and services
  • Identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
  • Translate pricing and spend data into strategic, revenue-driving recommendations

Reporting & Data Communication

  • Develop a strong understanding of top-line revenue, projections, and budgets
  • Prepare clear, accurate, data-driven reports that inform revenue decisions
  • Present complex data in a manner accessible to stakeholders at multiple levels

Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency

  • Evaluate organizational processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Recommend and support solutions that reduce non–value-added activities
  • Improve workflows, analytical processes, and initiatives that drive organizational change

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Support

  • Work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support evolving strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of FP&A experience in a high-volume B2B environment
  • Proven ability to conduct deep research and apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience developing written recommendation reports that influence decision-making
  • Background working in a creative, cross-functional professional environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) with advanced Excel skills including charts and graphs

Physical Working Environment

  • On-site role, Monday–Friday, in Hadley, MA
  • Primarily sedentary with extensive computer-based work
  • Regional travel required to support company-sponsored events
