Forklift Operators
Bloomfield, CT

Masis Staffing Solutions is is currently hiring for WEEKDAY (Monday through Thursday) AND WEEKEND (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Certified Forklift Operators at a local distribution Center in Bloomfield. This is a 10 Hr. Shift positions (Monday through Thursday), 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM and 12 Hr. WEEKEND shift positions, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator Associate

Forklift Operators will load and unload trucks, move material within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling or operating hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks. They safely operate forklifts or other machinery in order to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products.

Requirements of the Forklift Operators 

  • Forklift Certification is required
  • Updated resume is required showing your experience operating a forklift within 2 or more years of experience
  • Ensure materials are loaded securely and balanced on trucks
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors

Compensation for the Forklift Operators

  • Salary:  $18 to $18.50 per hour
