  • Monitor project performance and take corrective action to maintain budget, schedule, and technical requirements.

  • Support business development, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and participation in industry or networking events.

  • Lead risk management, safety compliance, and quality initiatives across all assigned projects.

  • Establish project objectives and deadlines while allocating necessary resources for successful execution.

  • Serve as the department’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) authority.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s Degree preferred.

  • Professional registration or certification strongly preferred (e.g., PE, PG, PMP, CHMM).

  • Demonstrated success managing complex environmental projects from initiation through completion.

  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulatory frameworks, including CERCLA, RCRA, Brownfield, OER, and applicable state and local programs.

  • Excellent management and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to lead teams and engage clients effectively.

  • Strong analytical and interpretive abilities regarding environmental findings, technical results, and regulatory documentation.

  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidance for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation processes, and environmental compliance standards.
