Help Desk Technician – Your Frontline for Tech Support Excellence

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and providing outstanding customer service? Join our team as a Help Desk Technician and become the essential first point of contact for our organization's IT support needs. In this dynamic role, you'll keep our technology running smoothly, helping colleagues troubleshoot issues and ensuring prompt resolutions that keep our operations on track.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
  • Proven experience in a call center or technical support environment
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus
  • Proficiency with remote support tools and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Experience with Active Directory, user account management, and permissions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor and a team-focused attitude

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of supporting printers, peripherals, and network components
  • Experience with remote desktop technology and support software
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols and security best practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years in a similar IT support environment or help desk position

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for a hybrid work schedule, Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm
  • A passion for technology and ongoing learning
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
