Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Queens, NY
Our client is looking to add home health registered nurses (RN) throughout New York. As an RN for a CHHA, you will visit patients in their home to complete assessments and deliver skilled nursing care for various patients.
Responsibilities for Home Health Registered Nurse:

Perform home care assessments.
Develop individualized care plans.
Implement the Plan of Treatment, including wound care, injections, medication management, etc.
Supervise home health aides.
Document patient care accurately.

Requirements for Home Health Registered Nurse:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current RN licensure in New York.
Prior home care experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driver's license.

Compensation for Home Health Registered Nurse:

Salary Range: $105K – $110K
Sign on Bonus
