Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our non-profit client in Worcester, MA in searching for a Human Services Coordinator (level based on experience)to support individuals and families with housing stability and essential life resources.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in human services, social services, or community support who is looking to make a meaningful impact working directly with underserved populations.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required for higher level/pay positions, and “preferred” for lower level/pay positions but not required.
Compensation & structure:
Pay range: $21–$27/hour depending on experience and level
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Opportunity for temp-to-hire and long-term placement
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
What you’ll do:
Support individuals and families facing housing and financial challenges
Conduct intakes and assessments to understand client needs
Assist with accessing housing, employment, and community resources
Provide ongoing support to help clients achieve stability and independence
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and service providers
Maintain accurate records and manage case documentation
What we’re looking for:
Background in human services, social services, nonprofit work, or related field
OR strong administrative/customer-facing experience with interest in mission-driven work
Strong communication, organization, and empathy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for a Case Management role and is a strong plus for a Specialist role
