HVAC Service Technician
Location: Oxford, MA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Oxford, MA. This role is 80% residential and 20% commercial, focusing on servicing, repairing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups.
Install and replace HVAC components.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions.
Communicate with customers and document service work.
Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

2+ years of HVAC service experience.
EPA 608 Certification (preferred).
Massachusetts Refrigeration License (or ability to obtain).
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
