We’re seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. This individual will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing exceptional customer service. Positions are available for both Residential and Commercial Technicians.
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration as applicable)
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups
Accurately document work performed and maintain service records
Communicate clearly with customers, explain findings, and recommend solutions
Follow company safety policies and industry best practices
Collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment
5+ years of HVAC experience with troubleshooting / repair work
EPA Certification required (Type I & II or Universal preferred)
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
