Masis Professional Group is recruiting for an Industrial Maintenance Technician (3rd shift) on behalf of our client located in Dallas, NC. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

Install, Setup, and troubleshoot Injection molding machines and equipment.
Able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic problems on IMM, robots, and machinery including supportive equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical malfunctions.
Establishes and maintains the set points to produce high quality finished goods at the optimum cycle.
Document repairs in the software tracking system.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Assist with equipment installation and commissioning.
Perform complex control troubleshooting, sensors, PLC, wiring etc..
Perform proper start-up and shut-down for all plant equipment.

Required Experience of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
Familiarity with hydraulics and high voltage systems.
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or injection molding.
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent customer service skills.
