Are you an experience machine operator. We are looking for experience Machine operators for our client in East Longmeadow. The right candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery while ensuring optimal production quality and efficiency. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, making sure that equipment runs smoothly and meets safety standards.

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:

Set up machines for production runs by adjusting controls, aligning materials, and loading raw materials as needed.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and repair minor issues as they arise, reporting any major concerns to the maintenance team.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating machinery to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to quality and safety.

Requirements of a Machine Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of machinery, tools, and equipment.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Compensation for the Machine operator:

Payrate: 18.00/hr.
