Machine Operator
West Boylston, MA

Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations? Our client is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for reaching daily production and quality goals within The Robotic and Gasket Departments.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Maintain area organization and product flow under the supervision of the Area Lead.
Understanding and follow of all set up and shut down procedures within the Robotic and Gasket departments.
Participates in failure analysis and corrective action investigations with Area Lead and Engineer.
Follow and help enhances products and processes by applying continuous improvement process within the Robotic and Gasket Department.
Able to operate a robotic machine proficiently without jeopardizing the quality of a product.
Not limited to working extended hours when available. Not limited to 12-hour shifts.
May be required to work standing during the full duration of the shift.

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job list above.
Ability recognize and assist on the implementation of continuous improvement techniques to quality and manufacturing functions within the gasket department.
Ability to meet and exceed goals and objectives to complete production tasks.
Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, Area leads, Engineering team and Upper management.
Ability to define problems and work with Area Lead and Engineer to realize a solution.
Ability to effectively demonstrate team member competencies and participate in goal setting, performance feedback and self-development activities.

Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator

$18.50
Monday to Thursday / 6am to 4:30pm
Friday / 6am to 3:30pm
Saturday / 6am to 12pm (1 Saturday per Month)
