Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator / Production Technician
Location: Londonderry, NH (100% onsite only)
PAY RATE: $19.25/hour
DURATION: Initially three months (contract-to-hire – potential to convert to FTE)
SCHEDULE: 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
This is an entry-level role focused on supporting manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with production line functions. Basic computer skills are required for training purposes.
High school diploma or GED (required)
Candidates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term – please consider before applying.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (MANDATORY)
Experience in bottling operations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) is beneficial but not required
Must speak English proficiently – communication is critical to the role
Longevity is key – we are looking for candidates with stable work history. Previous applicants lacked longevity on their resumes. Please avoid job hoppers.
Open to recent high school graduates with manufacturing experience
Must present well, show genuine interest, and have a good personality to fit within a small team
Must be excited, eager, and have ambition to be there
No steel-toe shoes needed for the interview, but you will need steel or composite safety shoes/boots for the job
Training will be conducted on second shift and typically lasts one week
Must be able to adhere to shift start times with excellent attendance and punctuality
Please arrive professionally – previous candidates have come to interviews late or smelling like alcohol; such applicants will not be considered
Monitor equipment functions and operate per documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks
Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required
Support material handling as necessary (no forklift or power jack required)
Maintain segregation of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers
Keep work area clean and orderly
Adhere to all company and department SOPs, including GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules
Utilize written procedures and training to complete tasks
Accept full accountability for product quality
Report unresolved problems to supervisor or management
Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation
Under direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, SOPs, and work instructions
Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area
Follow supervisor’s instructions while observing quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production
Must be able to stand to package and label product
Will ensure smooth operation of the production line – will NOT be required to run or operate the production line
Lifting/moving/carrying products up to 20 pounds
This role supports a closed production line – no physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals
Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves provided
Must provide own steel or composite toe shoes/boots
