Are you a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping production equipment running at peak performance? We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing team in Eatontown, NJ. This Maintenance Mechanic role is a direct hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term stability.
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
Maintain and service equipment including vacuum systems, drive motors, air compressors, and industrial ovens.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
Execute routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and preventative programs.
Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues before failure.
Follow all safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
The ideal Maintenance Mechanic will have:
Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong electro/mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience working with industrial equipment such as motors, compressors, and ovens.
Ability to read and interpret basic technical manuals or schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently.
Ability to commute to Eatontown, NJ.
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:15am to 4:45pm, Monday – Friday (1st Shift)
