Ops & Logistics Manager (Warehouse/Install Operations) — Olive Branch, MS (On-site)

What you’ll do

You will coordinate the daily installation process by organizing schedules, assigning crews, and supervising the load-out process—while maintaining high installation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule daily installations and dispatch crews
• Communicate job details, changes, and expectations to installers
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with quality flooring installation contractors
• Review and approve installer payroll
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, staging, load-out, organization)
• Manage operational costs to meet budget goals (waste disposal, recycling income, repairs/maintenance, utilities, uniforms, supplies, and labor)
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards for forklift operation and warehouse working conditions
• Ensure first-aid kits are accessible and fully stocked
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly physical inventory counts
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership/corporate staff

Performance goals (deadlines that matter)

• Complete installations on the originally requested day whenever possible
• Process work orders and labor ticket paperwork daily
• Inspect the staging area after load-out to identify product that did not ship
• Inspect pad cut bins to ensure appropriate stocking levels

Required qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organization skills

Preferred qualifications

• Warehouse operations experience
• Flooring or installation-industry experience
