Outbound Loader – 3rd Shift (Wednesday to Sunday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Join our team as an Outbound Loader on the 3rd shift and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipping of products. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting seamless logistics operations.

Shift Details:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Hourly Rate: $23.00

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load outbound trailers, ensuring timely shipments.
Accurately scan and verify all items and packages during the loading process, maintaining high standards of quality control.
Investigate and resolve any scanning discrepancies or issues to prevent shipping delays.
Conduct thorough inspections for signs of product or container damage, and report findings following company protocols.
Handle materials carefully, adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure safe and organized operations.
Participate actively in team and workgroup activities aimed at continuous improvement of warehouse processes and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Basic familiarity with scanning equipment and warehouse management systems is a plus.
