Assist the packaging team with product assembly, labeling, and quality checks.
Follow established procedures and work under supervision to meet production goals.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or irregularities.
Operate basic packaging equipment such as shrink wrappers, box cutters, and cartoners.
Stage and prepare materials for upcoming production runs.
Accurately record production data (time, materials, etc.) in the MIS system.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety and housekeeping standards.
Support team members to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: No previous experience required; manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Basic computer and data entry skills (MIS/intranet).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift.
Able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently.
