What You’ll Do as a Packing associate

• Assist the packaging team with assembling and preparing products for shipment
• Perform hand collating, kit building, labeling, and final product assembly
• Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects and notify team leads of quality concerns
• Load and stage materials for production runs
• Pack completed products onto pallets, carts, or cartons
• Operate basic equipment such as shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Accurately track time and material usage in company systems
• Support the team with additional production tasks as needed

Experience as a Packing associate
