Key Responsibilities – Physical Therapist:

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications – Physical Therapist:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) state licensure as a Physical Therapist
New graduates are encouraged to apply
