Responsibilities of the Picker/Packer
Pick orders accurately using pick sheets, labels, or RF scanners
Pack products securely and ensure they are ready for shipment
Inspect items for any damage or defects before packing
Label, seal, and prepare boxes for distribution
Organize inventory and maintain a clean and orderly workspace
Assist with loading and unloading as needed
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to warehouse procedures
Meet daily production and accuracy goals
Requirements of the Picker/Packer
Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly
Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Basic reading and counting skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures
