As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing and protecting products during the coating process. You’ll be responsible for masking and demasking customer products being parylene coated, along with other production-related tasks such as:
Cleaning and surface preparation
Inspection and packaging
Shipping, receiving, and fixture refurbishing
Supporting other departments as needed
Understand and follow designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs), and other written and/or verbal instructions
Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified, with small hand tools, microscopes, and/or other support equipment
Inspect own work for quality compliance
May inspect, disassemble, clean, refurbish, and/or reassemble coating fixtures
Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required
Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance
Operate precision measuring instruments and record results as needed
Perform daily tasks in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following cleanroom protocol including PPE and hygiene standards
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene
Maintain a neat and orderly work area
Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies
May be responsible for proper disposal, packaging, labeling, shipping, or inspection of hazardous materials or waste in accordance with applicable regulations
May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to read and speak English
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Masking experience preferred – or experience with printed circuit boards (PCB) is a plus!

Pay: Competitive — based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
