About the Role

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in preparing and protecting products during the coating process. You’ll be responsible for masking and demasking customer products being parylene coated, along with other production-related tasks such as:

  • Cleaning and surface preparation

  • Inspection and packaging

  • Shipping, receiving, and fixture refurbishing

  • Supporting other departments as needed


Responsibilities of a Production Associate

  • Understand and follow designated processes, work instructions, Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs), and other written and/or verbal instructions

  • Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified, with small hand tools, microscopes, and/or other support equipment

  • Inspect own work for quality compliance

  • May inspect, disassemble, clean, refurbish, and/or reassemble coating fixtures

  • Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required

  • Maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance

  • Operate precision measuring instruments and record results as needed

  • Perform daily tasks in a clean, climate-controlled environment, following cleanroom protocol including PPE and hygiene standards

  • Maintain a high level of personal hygiene

  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area

  • Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies

  • May be responsible for proper disposal, packaging, labeling, shipping, or inspection of hazardous materials or waste in accordance with applicable regulations

  • May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs


What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Must be able to read and speak English

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Masking experience preferred – or experience with printed circuit boards (PCB) is a plus!

  • Positive attitude and reliable work ethic


Pay: Competitive — based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Amherst, NH
