Production Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on a variety of machinery, including saws, sanders, and other equipment.
• Equipment Repair: Replace blades, belts, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
• General Maintenance: Carry out basic facility maintenance such as drywall repairs, painting, and plumbing tasks.
• Documentation & Safety Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work with the team to identify issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Tool Usage: Utilize a variety of hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks.

Production Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Production maintenance experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in the use of hand and power tools; solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Maintenance Expertise: Experience in performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address maintenance issues.
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Production Maintenance Technician Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
