Production Packer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Packer to join their team in a temp-to-hire role at their manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and ensure the quality of the final product.
Responsibilities of the Production Packer
Operate simple packing and sealing equipment efficiently.
Perform manual tasks within a clean room environment.
Conduct basic visual inspections of the final product to ensure quality standards.
Follow directions from supervisors or department managers accurately.
Maintain records of packing activities and report any discrepancies promptly.
Requirements of the Production Packer
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and perform basic math calculations.
Capability to stand for the entire shift with occasional twisting, bending, or lifting up to 40 lbs.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
Proficiency in performing repetitive tasks with precision.
Compensation/Benefits for the Production Packer
Salary: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
