Infinite Herbs is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Chelsea, MA, or Vineland, NJ. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations while inspiring and guiding a diverse team. What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff, adjust workflows, and meet production targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production team members in both English and Spanish, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Enforce food safety compliance standards including GMP, HACCP, and SQF, maintaining the highest product quality.
  • Promote safety protocols, conduct safety training, and ensure OSHA regulations are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, labor, and quality reports; support audits and inventory processes.
  • Communicate effectively across shifts, resolve employee concerns, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience in a production, manufacturing, or food-related environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, and SQF.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing production needs.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with manufacturing equipment or maintenance coordination.
  • Prior experience working in a regulated industry with quality standards.
  • Additional certifications in safety or food handling is a plus.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or technical training preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a related industry.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, based on production schedules.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
