About Us:
Our client is an award-winning, high-end home builder known for delivering exceptional luxury residences. Their focus is on craftsmanship, innovation, and client satisfaction. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors, managing communication and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.

Split time between office project coordination and on-site management, overseeing the construction process, quality control, and adherence to timelines.

Work with architects to ensure design alignment with client expectations and technical requirements.

Prepare bids, takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and financial viability of the projects.

Manage change orders and project scope adjustments, ensuring they are properly documented, priced, and approved.

Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring quality and compliance with plans and specifications.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines and financial targets are met.

Liaise between project teams, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow and effective communication.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience managing high-end luxury home projects.

Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction processes, materials, and standards.

Proven ability to manage client relationships and effectively communicate with high-net-worth individuals.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
