Project Manager, Real Estate Development

We are a growing real estate and investment firm focused on identifying, acquiring, and developing high-quality commercial and residential properties across Massachusetts. Our team is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and passionate about creating long-term value through smart investments and well-executed development projects.

Position Overview:
The Development Coordinator will support all phases of the firm’s real estate development efforts—from site identification and due diligence through permitting and project execution. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to grow within a small but rapidly expanding development and investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential development sites based on company investment criteria.

  • Assist in due diligence efforts, including zoning review, environmental assessments, and utility availability.

  • Support acquisition and site control activities (LOIs, purchase agreements, easements, etc.).

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal officials during the permitting and entitlement process.

  • Track project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Prepare development summaries, reports, and presentations for internal review and investor meetings.

  • Maintain organized records of site data, permits, and contracts.

  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the development and investment teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of zoning, permitting, and land-use processes.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with GIS or real estate mapping tools a plus.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000, commensurate with experience.

  • Performance-based bonus potential.
