Project Superintendent Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our growing team! In this role, you will oversee projects ranging in size and complexity, including educational, industrial, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Superintendent:

Coordinate onsite work with subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
Plan and manage material deliveries to ensure timely availability.
Resolve onsite issues collaboratively with the project team.
Complete daily logs and other documentation to track project progress.
Conduct subcontractor meetings to ensure alignment and productivity.
Lead the onsite project team, ensuring a safe and effective work environment.

Qualifications for a Project Superintendent:

Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Expertise in OSHA standards and company safety policies to maintain a safe worksite.
Highly organized, with the ability to balance day-to-day tasks while focusing on overarching project goals.

Additional Notes:

$100,000 to $120,000
Tiered Paid Time Off (PTO).
Health insurance (50/50 split for employee-only coverage).
Simple IRA with up to 3% company match.
