Masis Staffing is looking for Quality Assurance Associates to join our team working at our client facility in Durham NC. Full Time Temp to Hire positions – great opportunity! Don't forget to ask about our referral bonus! – !!(NO CAP)!!

Job Tasks for Quality Assurance Associate:

Conducts talent assessments to identify the skill gaps that exist among our current employees working within the QA function.
Ensure all employees within the QA function have a proper understanding and are trained in their assignments.
During audit inspections, documents and directly communicate any errors or performance gaps discovered immediately.

Skills for Quality Assurance Associate:

Must have Great Attention to Detail
Quality Assurance experience required
Able to work weekends

Shift and Work Hours for Quality Assurance Associate:

7:15pm -7:15am
Rotating Schedule
$19.50/hr
