In this critical position, you will lead insurance renewal processes, review vendor contracts, and collaborate across departments to develop enterprise-wide risk strategies. Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management & insurance, finance, accounting, or business administration
  • 8-12 years of experience in risk management or insurance within a corporate or brokerage environment handling large accounts
  • Proven ability to manage insurance renewals, vendor contract reviews, and claims management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:

  • CPCU, ARM, or CRM certifications
  • Experience with business continuity and enterprise risk management
  • Familiarity with insurance broker collaborations and loss control strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management & insurance, finance, accounting, or business administration
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in risk or insurance roles, emphasizing large account management

Other Requirements:

  • Limited travel (~5%) required
  • Ability to perform physical requirements with minimal effort (sitting/standing at a computer, lifting up to 10 lbs.)
  • Availability to work primarily Monday through Friday, with potential for one remote day upon approval
